I wonder what your thinking is, about the impact of the two sets of elections on your collaborative working? For example, in the news item below, Dorset Council has put their potential collaborative reorganisation on hold for the moment until after the general election. Maybe some fire services will be impacted by the county council elections if they are still in local government control.
